Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boulevard Sales. We appreciate your purchase and want to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and receipt or proof of purchase


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boulevardlogistics.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@boulevardlogistics.co.uk.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing may take time before a refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@boulevardlogistics.co.uk.
